Cancellation and withdrawal rights

Overview

• There is no contract or automatic renewal for plans ordered through WhatsApp.
• You can cancel an order free of charge before we activate it.
• After activation, our refund policy and any statutory rights in your country apply.

Cancelling before activation

If you have paid but we have not yet sent your login details, message us to cancel. We stop the activation and refund the full amount to the payment method you used.

After activation

Once your plan is active, you can stop using it at any time; it simply ends on its end date. If the service does not work on your device, the refund policy explains when a refund applies.

Statutory right of withdrawal

In some countries, consumers who buy online have a legal right to withdraw from a contract within a set period, often 14 days. For digital services that you ask us to start immediately, the law in those countries usually provides that:

• you may still withdraw within the period, but may have to pay for the part of the service already provided; and
• the right can end once the service has been fully provided, if you agreed to the immediate start and acknowledged this.

When you ask us to activate your plan straight away, we confirm this in the chat. Where such a right applies to you, we honor it in full.

How to cancel or withdraw

Send a clear message to [email protected] or on WhatsApp to +212 781 768 546. You can use this wording:

"I hereby cancel my Gamma IPTV order. Plan: [plan length]. Ordered on: [date]. Username (if received): [username]. Name: [your name]."

Refund of payments

Where a cancellation or withdrawal entitles you to money back, we refund it to the original payment method without undue delay, and in any case within the period required by the law that applies to you.
