Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and Gamma IPTV ("we", "us"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

The service

Gamma IPTV is a subscription that gives access to live TV channels, sports channels and an on-demand library of films and series, streamed over the internet to a compatible player app on your device.

Lineups and library titles change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular channel, program or event will be available, unless we confirmed it to you in writing before you ordered.

Who can subscribe

You must be an adult under the law of your country to order. You are responsible for checking that receiving the service is permitted where you live, and for using it in line with local law.

Your login and connections

• Each plan allows one connection: one screen playing at a time.
• Your login is personal. Do not share it outside your household or publish it.
• You are responsible for activity using your login. Tell us straight away if you think it has been exposed, and we will issue new details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, rent or redistribute the service without a written reseller agreement;
• record, rebroadcast or publicly show content in breach of copyright;
• attempt to bypass connection limits or access systems you are not authorized to use;
• use the service in a way that breaks the law where you live.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and confirmed in writing before you pay. Each plan is a single payment for the whole period. Any currency conversion is carried out by your bank or payment provider.

Duration and renewal

Your plan runs for the period you paid for, starting from activation. Plans ordered through WhatsApp do not renew automatically; to continue, you place a new order before or after your plan ends.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Your cancellation and withdrawal rights are described in cancellation rights.

Apps, devices and internet connection

Player apps, devices and internet connections are provided by third parties. We recommend apps and help you set them up, but we do not control their updates, availability or features. Streaming quality depends on your connection and home network.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these terms — for example through login sharing, reselling or abuse — after contacting you where reasonable. You can stop using the service at any time.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Where the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Copyright notices

Rights holders can send notices through the process in our DMCA policy. We act on valid notices promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your plan is the one in force when you ordered; changes apply to new orders and renewals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. We always try to resolve disagreements directly first — please contact us.
