Questions
Films & series questions
How often is the library updated?
Titles are added and removed over time. If you are looking for something in particular, ask us before ordering rather than relying on a list that may change.
Why does a film start slowly but then play fine?
The app fills a buffer before playback. On a slower connection that takes a few seconds longer; once it is filled, playback is smooth.
Can I download films to watch offline?
The library is for streaming. For flights and trips without internet, offline downloads are not part of the service.
