Because you order through a conversation, nothing renews on its own. Near the end of your plan you choose whether to order again.
Pricing questions
Do longer plans include more channels?
No. Every plan length unlocks exactly the same channels, sport, films and series. You are only choosing how long you want access and how much you pay per month.
Is the price per month or for the whole plan?
The big number on each plan is the total for the whole period, paid once. The "works out at" figure underneath is that total divided by the number of months, to make plans easy to compare.
Which currency are the prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider converts the amount at its own rate.
Can I switch to a longer plan later?
Yes. Many people start with one month and move to 12 or 24 months once they know the service works well at home. Message us before your current plan ends and we will explain the simplest way to switch.
