Setup steps for Apple devices

On Apple TV

  1. Open the App Store

    From the Apple TV home screen, search for the player app we recommended.

  2. Install and open it

    Some apps offer optional in-app purchases. The free version is enough to sign in and watch.

  3. Add your account

    Choose "add playlist" or "add account" and enter your details. Your iPhone can act as a keyboard when a text field is on screen.

On iPhone and iPad

  1. Install from the App Store

    Search for the recommended player app and install it.

  2. Paste your login

    Long-press the details in WhatsApp to copy them, then paste into the app — no typing errors.

  3. AirPlay to the TV (optional)

    Tap the AirPlay icon in the player to send the picture to an Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible Smart TV on the same Wi-Fi.

Two settings that make the picture look right

  • Match frame rateSettings → Video and Audio → Match Content → Match Frame Rate. Stops the slight judder on sport and films broadcast at different frame rates.
  • Match dynamic rangeIn the same menu. Keeps standard channels from looking washed out when the Apple TV is set to HDR.

Do I have to pay for the player app?

Not to watch. Several App Store players are free with optional upgrades such as extra themes or multi-view. Your Gamma IPTV plan is separate from any app purchase.

Can I AirPlay from my iPhone to a Samsung or LG TV?

Many recent Samsung and LG TVs support AirPlay. Both devices need to be on the same Wi-Fi network. For daily use, an app on the TV or an Apple TV is more stable than AirPlay.

Will my login work on both Apple TV and iPhone?

Yes — install the app on both and sign in with the same details. Only your plan's number of simultaneous screens limits playing on both at once.
